TailTrums Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At TailTrums, every product—whether fresh or packaged—is crafted with care to keep your pets happy and healthy.
We have separate policies for Fresh Food and Packaged Food to ensure clarity and fairness.


 1. Fresh Food (Subscriptions & Custom Meals)

  • Our fresh meals are made-to-order and delivered chilled to ensure quality and safety.
  • Because they are perishable, we cannot accept returns once they are dispatched or delivered.
  • Eligible for Replacement or Refund
  • We will offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:
  • You received the wrong meal or quantity.
  • The package was damaged, tampered with, or spoiled on arrival.


To request a replacement:

  • Email support@tailtrums.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order ID, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
  • For subscriptions, adjustments may be made against upcoming deliveries.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them or before dispatch.
  • For ongoing subscriptions, cancellations or modifications can be made before the next cycle begins.

 2. Packaged Food (Cookies, Treats, Chews & Biscuits)

We want you and your pet to be fully satisfied with every TailTrums treat!

If for any reason you’re not happy, you can return unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible for Return or Replacement

  • You received the wrong item or damaged product.
  • The product was defective or past expiry.
  • You changed your mind (product must be unopened, sealed, and unused).

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, contact support@tailtrums.com with your order details and reason for return.

Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products.
