Refund and cancellation policy
All our products which come under the following categories are eligible for an refund/exchange:
- Item was defective
- Item was damaged in transit
- Products was / were missing
- Wrong item was received
Please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of order, if any exchange/refund has to be made. Raise a request on support@tailtrums.com with photos and details or call +91 99580 03209.
Such request shall not be accepted after 48 hours from delivery of order. Amount in relation to cancellation shall be refunded within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
Pause Delivery
As a meal subscriber, you can pause your meals delivery. Please inform us 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery.

Cancellation
In the event that you want to cancel your order, the same can be done before the order is shipped for delivery In case the meal subscriptions are cancelled in the middle or while it’s active, we would be happy to return the full amount related to undelivered meal packets. If refund approved all refund will be process with 7 days.Amount in relation to cancellation shall be refunded within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
